Freelo Customer Care Specialist

What awaits you

• Communication with Freela users via chat (25% of the time), email (25%), phone (20%) and 1to1 online meetings (30%).
• After training and in the future you will lead webinars (often they are pre-recorded), online/offline training and assisted onboarding of new users.
• Your first task will be to get to know Freelo and its features (we have detailed help and an internal wiki with procedures).
• You will be involved in editing and creating help articles according to Freela updates and developments in Czech and English.
• Freelo is all about streamlining teams, companies, processes and project management. These topics should be close to your heart.
• You will help and advise current and new Freelo users.
• Room to continually develop and learn new things that will advance your career.
• You will be entering information into our CRM, working closely with colleagues in the Sales Department, taking care of major clients and improving their knowledge of Freelo functions and solving their problems from a project management perspective.
• It will be a great advantage if you enjoy making instructional videos to help show clients how to solve a problem in Freelo or introduce newly released features.

• 💰 Reward 30.000 - 40.000 CZK. The amount is decided with each individual, according to knowledge, experience and results.
• 💰 Variables reward for the number of minutes consulted.
• 🏠 Partial home-office is possible by appointment and after working. We are not looking for someone only for remote.
• 💰 In addition to the salary there are 2 times a year bonuses depending on how the product is doing.
