How can I pay?

We have several plans according to the size and needs of the team. You choose your plan directly in the app. You can pay online by card or via pro forma invoice. If you decide to stop using Freelo within 30 days from the payment, we will charge back your money.

How does the Trial version work?

Really simply. Freelo is available with all its features without any limits for 14 days. You do not have to pay or enter a credit card. After this time, the system notifies you and asks you to choose paid or Free plan.

Do you charge per user?

Not at all. As account owner, you only pay for single account (yearly or monthly and then you can invite unlimited number of colleagues and clients.

Can I delegate project management to team?

Freelo has several user roles. Project owner, project Manager, project Admin and invited person. The best description is in the illustration here.

How do you secure my data?

Your data is safe with us. Data travels over the network always encrypted. We care about security at many different levels. We describe this more on page security.

Freelo on my own server?

Yes, this is possible if you are a larger organization and security policy does not allow you to use our cloud solution. Please contact us to talk about it.

Is Freelo available on tablet and mobile?

Yes. Use Freelo on your travels and download the app for your tablet or phone. You'll find them on AppStore or Google Play.

Freelo and other languages?

Now Freelo can speak Czech, Slovak and English. You can switch the language in profile Setting or at the bottom of Freelo page.
