Junior SaaS Marketer

We need

• You learn quickly and want to get to know all the nooks and crannies of Freelo on which you would later build marketing.
• You were excited to work in a smaller team of awesome people where no one is rushing and everyone is working hard.
• You really enjoy the topic of efficiency and productivity.
• You were prepared for the fact that Freelo is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) product - people pay us a fee on a monthly/annual basis and use our application. This implies a lot of specifics that we're happy to explain, but you really have to want to!
• You want to work together to improve the digital product (Freelo) that helps tens of thousands of people every day to organize their work better.
• Your communication is perfect - we'll work on a lot of written and spoken things together and we need to come to terms quickly and efficiently.
• You are from Pardubice or nearby, or you don't mind to commute.
• You can read and write in English without any problems.

In this position

• You'll learn different ways to bring relevant traffic to your website and app.
• You will do linkbuilding, build awareness of Freelo in discussions (Reddit, Quora, etc.), maintain comparison/review portals (G2, Capterra, etc.).
• You will work closely with a copywriter to create quality content.
• You'll experience marketing in a global context - we're at the beginning of our expansion and we'll be fighting for the ”spot in the sun” with the world's top Project Management Tools.
• You will work with experienced colleagues from whom you will learn a lot.
• Every day you will see a piece of your work behind you that will make sense - we do nothing ”to drawer”.
• If you want to, you can learn a lot really fast. We've got lots of great ideas that we're going to bring to life together.
• Work with data - we'll teach you how to extract important information from data.
• You will improve SEO not only for Czech websites, but also for other language versions.
• You'll learn to work with keyword analysis to create new or edit existing content.
• You'll learn how to optimize ad performance (PPC: Google Ads, Sklik, Facebook,…).
• Work with content (e.g.: blog, templates, podcast, help, videos, ...) and market it. Or invent new content (newsletters, e-books, ...).
• Collaborate with a great team that enjoys work.
• Evaluate, report and optimize.
• Have full support from the founders.

• Growing number of paying Freelo users.

Remuneration, time, place

• We discuss the remuneration with each individual, based on their knowledge, experience, and results.
• We'll add a significant financial incentive component to the salary, paid twice a year, which is directly linked to how the product is doing.
• Part-time, Full-time by arrangement.
• You will work in offices in the center of Pardubice with easy parking. Around the corner is a pool, gym, or park .
• By appointment and after incorporation, a partial home-office is possible. We are not looking for anyone just on the remote.
