Digital Designer (Medior/Senior)

You'll need

• 3+ years of web design experience ideally for B2B customers.
• Experience in designing digital applications.
• Be able to use Figma at a pro level - i.e. you use features like Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping and more on projects on a daily basis.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new tools, processes, trends, etc.
• A keen eye for detail in UI and experience with UX for apps and websites.
• Interest in online applications and tools.
• Read and write English.
• Appetite to pop on meaningful things.

You will be in this position

Design Freela product website

• Explain the benefits of features to users with simple and attractive graphics.(sample)
• Design and design a comprehensive website in line with the brand.
• Apply UX techniques to increase conversion rates.

Improve Freela product design

• You will design based on feedback, research and market trends and your UX experience.
• You'll make changes smartly given the daily use of the product by tens of thousands of users. We're a working tool and we don't want to make it difficult for users to make frequent and large changes.
• You will come up with specific ideas that will make Freelo more usable, easier to use and more modern for both casual users and power users.

• Your big advantage can be if you are familiar with HTML/CSS coding and can edit in DevTools for rapid prototyping needs.

Specifically

• Participate in the launch of the logo facelift (we're just short of a rebrand) and ensure consistency across touchpoints.
• Design banners for performance ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create campaigns.
• Improve the website based on suggestions from the sales/marketing/product department.
• Discuss with the product team the UX/UI of new and existing features
• Design based on data and research information.

General

• Manage the visual side of all digital touchpoints and ensure a consistent and quality visual experience across marketing, web and product for potential and existing Freela users.

Edit and create videos (an advantage, not a requirement)

• Create video podcasts, reels, youtube shorts and more.
• Video changelogs and micro animations on the web.
• You will be responsible for an attractive video output.
• Someone else is in charge of filming, but you can be there if it makes sense.
