Copywriter for Freelo

We need

• You are a quick learner and wanted to explore all the corners of Freelo that you will write about in your texts.
• You were excited to work in a smaller team of awesome people where no one is rushing and everyone is working hard.
• You enjoyed the topics of efficiency, people management/leadership, home-office, company culture, customer support, team training, process management, business economics or at least had the desire to learn about them.
• You have perfect written Czech and ideally also English.
• You can type fast and flawlessly on a computer.
• You've had a blow into marketing and you won't be afraid to use it. We're not just about writing, but articles need to work holistically - drive traffic, evoke emotion, educate, entertain.
• You want to work together to improve the digital product (Freelo) that helps tens of thousands of people every day to organize their work better.
• You should be communicative - we work collaboratively in the team to be efficient and address the essentials.
• You were prepared for the fact that Freelo is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) product - people pay us a fee on a monthly/annual basis and use our application. This implies a lot of specifics that we're happy to explain, but you really have to want to!
• You can read and write English without problems at least at B2 level.
• You were from Pardubice or nearby, or you didn't mind the commute.

In this position, you will be

• Improve text on the website, app and all communication with our current and future users.
• Have something to do all the time and it won't be boring - Sometimes you need to write a retention email, other times you need to prepare texts for a new Landing Page of the website, an advert for FB or PPC performance advertising, you'll get the space and dozens of hours to write really quality content articles.
• You'll be in charge of, for example..:
  • blog - write content articles in the areas of efficiency, people management/leadership, home-office, company culture, customer support, team training, process management, business economics with a subsidy of even tens of hours per article (new relevant topics for our target audience have the door wide open),
  • Newsletter with 40.000+ subscribers - preparing news, content and fighting for maximum open rate,
  • case studies - arrange and execute content with our great clients,
  • podcast - participate in preparing questions for interesting guests,
  • help - help with support team help,
  • videos - help come up with scenarios for important videos when you want.
• Work with our friendly and straightforward Tone of Voice and Overseas Lingo.
• Help with writing posts on social networks - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Collaborate with a great team that enjoys work.
• Have a free hand in coming up with and implementing ideas that can help or improve the content in any way.
• Have full support from the founders.

The result of your work will be

• Satisfied Freelo users, for whom you make Freelo more enjoyable to use with quality texts.
• New users of Freelo who, after reading your copy, will enthusiastically go to try Freelo.
• Quality and grammatically correct texts in Czech. If you can do it in English, then good.

Remuneration, time, place

• We discuss the remuneration with each individual, based on their knowledge, experience, and results.
• In addition to the salary, we add a significant financial incentive paid twice a year, which is directly linked to how Freelo performs.
• Full-time by arrangement.
• You will work in offices in the center of Pardubice with easy parking. Around the corner is a pool, gym, or park .
• By appointment and after incorporation, a partial home-office is possible. We are not looking for anyone just on the remote.
