• You were prepared to be a Freelo is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) product - people pay us a monthly / annual fee and use our app. It follows a lot of specifics, which we will be happy to explain to you, but you really have to want!
• You wanted to improve a digital product (Freelo) that helps tens of thousands of people better organize their work every day.
• Have you ever done a PPC ad - setting up, evaluating, and editing in Google AdWords.
• You were able to work with data - get data to Excel and extract important information.
• Has experience with SEO - Keyword analysis for the purpose of creating new or modifying existing content, off-page and on-page factors.
• Your communication was perfect - we'll work on a lot of written and spoken things together and we need to come to terms quickly and efficiently.
• you have been from Pardubice or the surrounding area, or you didn't mind commuting.
• You were able to read and write English without any problems.

You will be in this position

• Responsible for top marketing metrics - visits, conversions, retentions .
• Devise new ways (and optimize existing ones) to bring more lead .
• Prepare landing pages .
• Schedule a content calendar and promo content.
• Work with content (e.g.: blog, templates, podcast, help, videos, ...) and market it. Or invent new content (newsletters, e-books, ...).
• Develop a marketing strategy and bring it to life.
• Collaborate with a great team that enjoys work.
• Have a free hand to come up with and implement ideas.
• Evaluate, report and optimize.
• Have full support from the founders.

• Growing number of paying Freelo users.
• A team that will fulfill the marketing strategy.

Remuneration, time, place

• We discuss the remuneration with each individual, based on their knowledge, experience, and results.
• We'll add a significant financial incentive component to the salary, paid twice a year, which is directly linked to how the product is doing.
• Part-time, Full-time by arrangement.
• You will work in offices in the center of Pardubice with easy parking. Around the corner is a pool, gym, or park .
• By appointment and after incorporation, a partial home-office is possible. We are not looking for anyone just on the remote.
